QuaQua offers two options for inviting participants to your meeting:
- When you select an open access meeting, you can invite your participants by sending them the link to the meeting room.
- If you want to be sure that only invited people can enter the meeting room, you can choose a meeting with limited access. Every participant’s email address will be added to the meeting room upfront. If you want to secure your meeting even more, we also offer the possibility to add a pin code lock to your meeting room.
