Job description

Your most important responsibilty is to attract new customers : getting prospects excited about our online meeting platform, organizing demos, … You investigate the customer’s needs and interests and convince them of the solutions that QuaQua will provide.

You guide customers through the entire customer journey : from the introduction, through the first assignment, to a lasting cooperation.

With the help of your colleagues, you are responsible for the entire sales process. You do not only react to incoming leads through our marketing channels. You also search actively for new opportunities and new markets. Together we create client profiles, conduct market analyses, … Everything to bring in those leads.

Goals are set up by management and the Sales team and our successes are definitely celebrated! You can count on it!


We are looking for a candidate with a passion for sales and contact with clients. You are empathic and engage smoothly with prospects, clients, partners and colleagues. You know which stakeholder demands which approach and communication style and you handle clients with the required subtlety.

Working in an international environment gives you a real kick. You are interested in other languages, different cultures and diversity. One moment you’re still on the line with a German customer, the next you’re giving a demo to a Chinese interpreter agency.

We are not only looking for employees who can express themselves fluently in Dutch, French and English. Additional languages definitely get you bonus points!
