QuaQua is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative

Who are you?

… preferably completely yourself! Are you recently graduated with an economical or commercial oriented degree, and do you not know yet which direction you want to go? Are you result driven, do you have knowledge of languages and are you interested in working for a digital start-up? Do you want to work on your own growth and that of our organisation? We are looking for someone curious and eager to grow with us. You feel at home on social media like LinkedIn / sales navigator and are not afraid to speak to prospects and customers by email or phone. You like to write well and fluently, and you have sincere empathy for the customer.

We work in an international market, so we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English. We hope you are a fan of having fun at the coffee machine and creative brainstorming.

Who are we?

QuaQua is a dynamic SaaS scale-up based in Merelbeke near Ghent with a solid background in live conferencing technology. We develop digital multilingual conferencing solutions with simultaneous translations that make online meetings run smoother and allow everyone to participate in their own language.

What does your job look like?

Your job has outbound sales as its main focus. You assist the sales team in finding and qualifying leads and help set up outbound sales campaigns.

  • You are proactive in outbound prospecting via mail, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • You convert inbound marketing leads to sales qualified leads and help build a solid sales pipeline.
  • You are/will become an expert in the use of sales automation tools such as the HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub.
  • You qualify leads based on their meeting needs and challenges, based on targeted questions.
  • You plan discovery calls for the sales team.
  • You meet or exceed your target number of qualified leads and demos every month.
  • You continuously improve your sales development process and show a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • You are an ambassador for our brand and our mission.

Checklist

  • Profound knowledge of Dutch, English and French.
  • Knowledge of German or other languages is considered a plus.
  • You already had a first inside sales or SDR role but are looking for an innovative company with a strong product.
  • You are able to work independently but are also involved and a true team player
  • You are organized and strong in time management.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a desire to learn and want to grow in an international startup setting.
  • You are flexible, as we are a small company that changes fast.
